Rip-off I bought the headset and a one year membership I tried MANY different programs on it and saw little benefit. Sadly. Lots of hype; but, nothing like Hemisync. For example. my experience with both the product and the customer service has been extremely bad and frustrating. I received the headset 3 weeks after purchase and had to call and email multiple times to see why it hadn't arrived. The poor lady that answers the phone is lost and useless. The headset stopped working and I returned them. Now I am asking for a refund battling in getting to get it. They had a screwy holiday promotion that makes the whole purchase non refundable. Beware. I have had a very disappointing experience with this company, and what concerns me most is the consistent lack of accountability toward long-time customers. Over the years, I spent a substantial amount of money purchasing individual meditation programs through their app. Those purchases were marketed as standalone products that I would own and be able to use. This company is a complete scam and they will charge you repeatedly and will not refund your money. After a numerous emails and request to have my account canceled after the trial period I was continuously charged and could not get my money back. Beware and be warned!!!!!!
