I have had a very disappointing experience with this company, and what concerns me most is the consistent lack of accountability toward long-time customers. Over the years, I spent a substantial amount of money purchasing individual meditation programs through their app. Those purchases were marketed as standalone products that I would own and be able to use. This company is a complete scam and they will charge you repeatedly and will not refund your money. After a numerous emails and request to have my account canceled after the trial period I was continuously charged and could not get my money back. Beware and be warned!!!!!!

I would not recommend. You have to pay for a subscription forever at almost $300 a year to continue using. I purchased as a business and was never told this or the limited time I had to decide on the device. We don’t even try it before the timing had passed. $1000 GONE! The few we listened to before our subscription expired and we would have been forced to purchase more gave me a migraine and made me feel like I had vertigo.
