I don't know much about computers. They turn on and off. Sometimes, they don't turn back on. Thats how you know if its broken (pro tip) These guys got my computer to turn back on. I was sure I had to junk it, but they figured it out in no time. Brainstorm fixed my home built complicated computer. I had tried replacing almost everything including the motherboard. They were Responsive Knowledgeable Quick to respond to calls and he kept me informed on progress The cabling job was so much better than I could have done. I had taken it to another place in Kingston where they were slow and totally unresponsive, so I picked it up and brought it to Brainstorm, and glad I did.

I let my Macbook go too long with a bad battery and it finally refused to boot up. I needed to get the new battery in quickly. I called Brainstorm and they were able to take me right away. My Mac was fixed within hours. Thank you!
