Great service, nice people, and very good therapy!
I've had a great experience with BrainSpa. After a difficult and traumatic period, I struggled with sleep, focus and mental clarity in general and neurofeedback really helped me. Jessica is so helpful, knowledgeable, and she makes the whole process easy to understand and benefit from. The environment is calm, the sessions are comfortable, and I've felt improvements in my sleep, concentration and overall mental well-being. Definitely recommend!
Jessica is wonderful. Very caring, patient, and thorough with explaining the process and advancing your progress. She won’t steer you wrong with the best treatment plan for you!
