Trying to get any information form yhem is almost impossible. Hottible customer service, broken promises, theybdont follow through, full of excuses. Glad i dont have to do business with them any more. Needed simple pricing list from them.

The techs who work here are rockstars. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When I first purchased a unit from brainmaster they walked me through every piece of equipment probably 10 times because I have the worst memory and needed them to repeat things.
