They have a hard time answering basic questions about the services they offer and payments they accept. Can't imagine entrusting them with actual sensitive info.
Can't say I'm too happy, therapy is expensive to not work. I lost my job right before Thanksgiving. Therapy was meant to help me get better and deal with people easier, to help me get past my past so I could move forward, so I could hold a job and build a life. I reached out to cancel one appointment, next thing I know I receive a email to give a review... As soon as I lost my job and insurance I felt that I did not matter.
