Unacceptable Rehab Our family waited three months to simply begin the process of obtaining adaptive equipment with North Central. Within that time frame, I made every phone call to North Central, and never once received an update from them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!! I started the process of getting a bariatric transport wheelchair for my grandmother in Feb. (she currently has a powerchair and an oversized wheelchair...the powerchair is too heavy for our van lift and the wheelbase is too wide on the wheelchair). I just had what will be my last conversation with them today May 30th.
