If I could give them a zero I would.give us the run around could not even contact us back if we were denied. Like a bunch of little 5 year olds running this place. Liars for sure lied right to my face would not return my calls just be honest instead of ignoring someone.
We were not happy with the work. And after shingles and flashing began falling off after only 2 months, we eventually ended up in small claims court. We didn't have a lawyer, yet we proved they installed shingles wrong. Yet we lost the case. HRA did not back us at all, even though there is a 1 year clause in their contract. Would not recommend the contractor they used, or dealing with warranties with them. Wish I could figure how to post a picture of said work.
