We were not happy with the work. And after shingles and flashing began falling off after only 2 months, we eventually ended up in small claims court. We didn't have a lawyer, yet we proved they installed shingles wrong. Yet we lost the case. HRA did not back us at all, even though there is a 1 year clause in their contract. Would not recommend the contractor they used, or dealing with warranties with them. Wish I could figure how to post a picture of said work.
Polite and fair to me as a tenant of Northstar.
