Dr. Holmes was a great person too with on this journey. I originally set out investigating neurofeedback for my neurodivergent children, but ended up doing it for myself. Anxiety, constant nervous system survival mode, inefficient sleep, rumination, irritability, etc. I did 8 weeks of NF and have really noticed how I don’t react in a hostile way as much, I am able to bounce back from irritability quickly, I don’t stay stuck in negative emotions for long, my need for noise cancelling headphones has reduced, I don’t ruminate o... read more

My 20 year-old son decided to try neurofeedback after it was recommended by a therapist as something to consider trying for his severe ADHD. All I can say is WOW! Working with Dr. Candace opened me up to possiblities that I didn't realize I could tap into. After two sessions with Dr. Candace and daily scripting, the perfect intern reached out to me. It was surprising how easy it was. I look forward to future scripting and working toward new opportunities.

We were struggling with our grandson. He was frustrated and upset often. Since the age of 2, he had autism with self-injurous behaviors and screamed when he wasn't able to express himself. By chance, my friend posted an article on neurofeedback therapy and Braincoreofduluth. Thank God for Dr. Candace Holmes. She was patient, knowledgeable and kind. The information she gave us provided us with an understanding of how various parts of the brain work. She also explained how neurofeedback therapy works for his type of illnesses.... read more
