I have depended on Brainard's for the last ten years. They have always provided excellent service at a reasonable price. John is a great technician.
I live in a apartment and everytime I talk to one of the guys that work there, he has some smart ass comments to say or talks down to you. Really tired of how rude he has been EVERY TIME he works at our building.They poured diesel fuel under my window and around the a/c. To keep dogs from peeing on the new a/c. I have copd, asthma and emphysema among other terminal illness. The next day I asked why the fuel and the guy said to live with it ,shut the window and to stop messing with his lively hood then he asked me what am i g... read more

Having Michael’s phone number has proven very helpful, I had issues with my furnance In the winter. a quick call and it was repaired before my house started to even get cold. Then the hottest day of the year my AC unit gave up on me, but another call and total comfort was restored. Thank you guys and keep it up!
