Dr Mansouri is the best Dr ever! Out of my extensive team of doctors he is by far my favorite!
The voice-mail system is clearly not efficient. Spent days playing phone tag, because you can't just call and talk to someone. Showed up for what I thought was my appointment, after an hour and a half drive into the city, and was told I didn't have an appointment!
So unprofessional, they say to leave voice messages but they NEVERRR call back nor inform you on cancellation. Employees are very mouthy and very uneducated on their on job
They are always so welcoming and know exactly what I need when I can't find the right words. Dr Neda Anssari is very good and patient. Helped figure out what was wrong with me and has helped me treat it. Honestly would still be struggling today if she hadn't come along.
Maybe the worst possible sensory environment for a migraine and concussion clinic. There is a very loud doorbell that goes off every few minutes and very bright lights, despite plenty of sunlight from the windows. The waiting area is cramped & crowded with not enough seating. The hard plastic chairs are not appropriate for anyone with chronic pain. There are no power doors and the entrance is not level. Expect a VERY long wait. I'm talking an hour or more.
