Admin here is TERRIBLE. I phoned repeatedly for an appointment and left ALL info each time. NO CALLS BACK. Eventually downloaded a faxing app to get them to respond, finally booked, but two entire months away! I’m having terrible migraines due to admin negligence. They overbook too and it’s a very uncomfortable waiting room with fluorescent lights. Very frustrating experience.
