Admin here is TERRIBLE. I phoned several times to try and get an appointment (left ALL the information required EACH TIME). NO CALLS BACK. Ended up having to download a faxing app to fax them in order to finally get an appointment which they booked for two MONTHS later! I was due for my shots back in December (it is now March) which they were supposed to call me to book and never did, so I’m having terrible migraines due to their negligence. I agree about the issues regarding unable to contact by phone, so very frustrating for this patient! Trying to reschedule an appointment that they set and appear unable to do so!
Dr Mansouri is the best Dr ever! Out of my extensive team of doctors he is by far my favorite!
The voice-mail system is clearly not efficient. Spent days playing phone tag, because you can't just call and talk to someone. Showed up for what I thought was my appointment, after an hour and a half drive into the city, and was told I didn't have an appointment!
