Terrible customer service both locations, not helpful at all, website lists what they treat and then they tell you they don't treat the disorder.extremely rude and lack of knowledge. Sounds like they have children answering the phone once you actually get through. Huge waste of time not professional. Is this the best tri cities has to offer. What a joke don't waste your time
No one returns calls back, have waited over one month for an authorization and they haven’t even submitted request to my insurance. I have called them 4 times this past month and left numerous voicemails. No call back. Rude, unfriendly staff, delay in treatment, and no returning phone calls. Super unprofessional and negligent in their part. At this point, I want nothing to do with their office, but beware of scheduling anything here.
