I had MRIs don’t in October and I’ve been waiting to get my results back and haven’t and it’s January now. I’ve been in so much pain and I just want to know what is going on . And they barely answer their phones, don’t call their patient back for results . And when I told them I could see my results on the my portal app and asked them to be read to me the lady wanted to argue with me like I was wrong and lying about my MRI results come in.
Staff does not care about patients or their time and expense
I've been trying to call for two days. It rings and rings before going to voicemail every time. I left a message yesterday morning and it's not been returned. I really just need some help with my back pain.
Went in at my scheduled time they turned me away for not being there around 830 I was scheduled at 11 what a joke
So, the first time I spoke with TH GC/Union Health, they requested a referral which they received - in Carmel but I had it forwarded after some complications. Since no one spoke to me after that, I left two voicemails to schedule an appointment. No one returned the call in 4 weeks. Now today I tried calling again but their phone system does not work. All given options return the call to the automated initial message. I am deeply disappointed (and hurting of course) and am wondering if they are a real medical facility or mayb... read more
