I could not have a better experience with Dr. Ordaz and his Staff! Every doctors office is going to be busy and every person gets the energy they give out! So if you’re having a bad day that’s no reason to take it out on these gals and guys who are helping making our lives better if we give them a chance! Dr ordaz did a great job on my spinal fusion!! Hes a great surgeon and seems like he genuinely cares!
This office needs a serious restaffing overhaul! They never answer the phone, never schedule Dr ordered tests (I have to fight to call them and insist they do it! ) when you're lucky enough to get through to someone they're rude and short with you. I've never dealt with a medical office so incompetent! However, on a positive note they have a new neurosurgeon Dr. Ordaz. He is a wonderful Dr. very personable and knowledgeable.
