I could not have a better experience with Dr. Ordaz and his Staff! Every doctors office is going to be busy and every person gets the energy they give out! So if you’re having a bad day that’s no reason to take it out on these gals and guys who are helping making our lives better if we give them a chance! Dr ordaz did a great job on my spinal fusion!! Hes a great surgeon and seems like he genuinely cares!
This office needs a serious restaffing overhaul! They never answer the phone, never schedule Dr ordered tests (I have to fight to call them and insist they do it! ) when you're lucky enough to get through to someone they're rude and short with you. I've never dealt with a medical office so incompetent! However, on a positive note they have a new neurosurgeon Dr. Ordaz. He is a wonderful Dr. very personable and knowledgeable. Staff couldn't care less about you. Do not expect to get anyone to listen to you If you have any complications or issues after the 30 day followup from your procedure, they will not help you. You will not be seen, or given an opportunity to discuss those complications. Most of the time you will be treated in an unprofessional manner and your concerns will be dismissed.
