Dr Camillo Ordez is a brilliant Neuro Surgeon! My Mom needed immediate surgery and he got the staff needed together and surgery was a success. Has been very responsive to her after surgery needs and concerns. Terre Haute is very fortunate to Goodman Campbell join Union Hospital.
I had MRIs don’t in October and I’ve been waiting to get my results back and haven’t and it’s January now. I’ve been in so much pain and I just want to know what is going on . And they barely answer their phones, don’t call their patient back for results . And when I told them I could see my results on the my portal app and asked them to be read to me the lady wanted to argue with me like I was wrong and lying about my MRI results come in.
Staff does not care about patients or their time and expense
I've been trying to call for two days. It rings and rings before going to voicemail every time. I left a message yesterday morning and it's not been returned. I really just need some help with my back pain.
Went in at my scheduled time they turned me away for not being there around 830 I was scheduled at 11 what a joke
