Quite possibly the most confrontational, most unprofessional receptionist/scheduler I've ever come across in my life. Nonresponsive to emails, lies about whether or not paperwork was sent/received, doesn't return voicemails, scheduled an appointment without even calling to confirm we were available first, acts as if every question is an inconvenience by verbally sighing during phone conversations. Janani is her name. Absolute abomination for such an important firm. She should be fired.

The best service I have ever received at any medical facility. The staf is very friendly and thay actually see you at the correct time. Definitely recommend!!!

Dr. Mbeo and his staff at The Brain, Spine & Pain Institute of Lake Nona were attentive to my needs. Unfortunately, I reacted negatively to the medication that was prescribed because the dangers of it was not explained to me.
