If you don't understand idioms, that means, “She's a top expert in her field.” If you are looking for an accurate, thorough assessment, and NOT just someone who will take your money and give you what you want or tell you what you want to hear (or not tell you what you don't want to hear) this is where you want to go. Dr. Thurlow created such a positive experience for me while guiding me through the ASD evaluation process. She helped me learn a lot about myself; the process gave me a lot of valuable insight and the explanations/closure I needed. She was thorough and respectful in the evaluations as well as the feedback. I highly recommend her for evaluations, especially for adults looking to seek better understanding about themselves and their behaviors.
