Not a good experience with Laura the receptionist & intake person. I tried to ask questions to understand the process & about what the pricing would be for the evaluation & each session to make an informed decision on if I should wait a month to get in or try to find another place for my severe concussion issues & she would not answer my questions & continued to interrupt me & push me to just come in for the evaluation. The clinical Team a amazing group I had the privledge of being taught mindfulness by Y.K so friendly kind really helped me get through some hard times breath breath .educated me how important it is too be aware of our bodies to heal.
I was hurt on the Job Jan 7th concussion ,went through 8 weeks of therapy at this life changing place .My shout out to the most warmest office coordinator Laura from the moment I made my first call she started to work for me keeping on top of the workers comp , Taxi she went beyond .making me feel important and safe thank you
Absolutely gave me my life back. Everyone is an expert in their field and they go above and beyond to make you feel supported. I was never told… sorry, we can’t help you with that. I’m so happy my recovery was with their guidance.
