I’ve had to call this office multiple times a day just for somebody to answer the phone. I do not have that kind of time to be calling all day until someone answers. While, I do agree the doctor was helpful, his bedside manner was uncaring and un compassionate, which I was not needing at that moment as I had waited hours for him. DO NOT go here. Worst experience ever. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and just money hungry. I had an emergency and tried to cancel my appointment weeks ahead of time, they refused to pick up the phone. I called multiple times, no answer. It wouldn’t even go through. There’s no real way to cancel or reschedule either. I even filled out the online form on their website, and they completely ignored it. THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DO THEY ARE JUST RIUDE. IM NOT SURE HOW THIS FACILITY IS STILL IN BUSINESS. 3RD CALL AS IM WRITING GHIS REVIEW AND NO ONE PICKS UP
DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! The doctor and staff are inattentive to their patients and flat out rude. They do not return phone calls or respond to Healow messages. Prescriptions discussed during your visit will not be filled or refilled unless you call and leave messages an excessive amount of times even if they are medications that are medically necessary for your health and well-being. I would not recommend any of my friends or family go to this Neurologist and I would advise you to look elsewhere for care.
Everybody is friendly, courteous, and willing to help.
