I had an exceptional experience at this clinic. From the moment I called in, the receptionist was able to get me in promptly. On the appointment date, The front desk was welcoming and kind, and the entire staff made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Tian was incredibly professional, thorough, and attentive taking the time to explain everything and truly listen. What stood out most was the character of the team. They scheduled me for a test. Waited forever to be seen. Then after assistant took me to 1 room to take info directed me to a 2nd room. In the 2nd room a PA or dr. (not sure) came in and announced that they don't do the test on that day. I had to come back the next day. After having the test the next day dr. Chakfe never sent the report to my ordering doctor.
