Incredible staff who genuinely care about helping people who need it. They are doing such important work, and hopefully one day these treatments will become even more accessible and affordable to everyone who needs it. They are saving and improving lives. I’ve suffered from PTSD for 14 years and came here for a second opinion. The reception staff were very good and the psychologist I saw was lovely even though I don’t feel she knew how to help me. When I saw the Psychiatrist I was very underwhelmed. I had 4 appointments and I really felt he had no idea how to help me. At the last appointment he wrapped things up saying his clinic didn’t “collect” long term clients.PTSD is a long term condition.
