This is the best resource to go for caregivers and survivors of traumatic brain injuries. It affects all of us and we're in the prevention, recovery and awarness together.
I’ve tried contacting BIAA requesting help of any type for over two years and I’ve only been contacted through emails to donate money.
I hope that no one ever has to deal with Diane Schirmer from Kentucky with this organization in the state of Kentucky. She is a mean spirited hateful woman that made me cry, and then hung up on me while I was reaching out for help. She really needs to find a new line of work since she treats tbi survivors in this way.
I am an advocate of any avenue to raise awareness and educate the public on the ABILITIES of individuals with TBI
