If I could give ZERO stars I would. I spent months working with Mike on subdividing my property-- having to chase him down multiple times through phone calls and emails. My plan was to divide my 5 acres into 3 (1) acre lots with out lots associated to each acre and have the plat submitted to the county per their pre-approval. I was referred here by a friend when I needed a survey done. I was warned that they were " very good, but expensive". They were the least expensive of the three estimates I solicited. They are very prompt and professional.
