I can't say enough great things about Brain Balance of Madison! Everyone is so kind, understanding, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They truly care about the children and their families. I've already seen a positive difference in my daughter after just one month, and that has meant so much to our family. They are patient, supportive, and make every session a positive experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional team. They are absolutely awesome!
Never seen a clinic that practices falsification of data as much as Brain Balance. I worked here for a month before management over-hired and let off staff. Within this time, I saw a team that does not communicate with each other or the parents of the children. Not their fault though, the coaches are trained to not talk to the parents regarding progress. The staff there are patient and understanding. My son is making progress each day that he goes.
Our son started services with Brain Balance, and our kid loves it. I would recommend anybody with a family member in the spectrum to give it a try. Talk with your CLTS case manager about it ;)
