We arrived at 9:00am and waited two hours , two separate waiting areas, and the patient’s room, but were never seen. Never updated on the wait. We chose to leave when we learned we were just another warm body to get money out of and the room was extremely unclean. The entire facility smelled horrible. There was blood and what appeared to be fecal matter on the patients bed, black mold and numerous other areas of questionable cleanliness. There was no cleaning products in the room nor any tissues.
