So far, impressed with the provider that was chosen for me but as for reception, intake, appt scheduling flexibility very rigid. Disappointing to see no patient portal available. F o l l o w up. No longer impressed. Never again will I allow any medical provider gaslight any patient including myself. I am disappointed by the dismissive behavior towards my concerns. SCAM/FRAUD ALERT! I am an Iraq War Veteran. I called and asked a question concerning an injury I sustained in the Gulf War. The question was concerning whether a doctor can determine a injury had occurred in service with my documents and MRIs in hand. The person on the phone stated I had to make an appt.. I took day off from work, arrived at the appt. and talked to someone other then the Doctor. 5 minutes later, she stated she couldn't help me.
