Went there about 2 years ago (age 29) looking for guidance because I had been dealing with pain and limited back movement. after looking at my MRI notes for 60 seconds(didn’t even look at the images themselves) they brought 4 people into a room and tried to hard sell me on surgery saying it’s the only option . Today I am back to full functionality— able to run, play basketball, and even squat more than my body weight. THERE ARE OPTIONS OTHER THAN SERIOUS IRREVERSIBLE SURGERIES.
I had ACDF Surgery on C3 to C7 on November 18, 2025. Dr. Sincoff and Staff have been wonderful! I honestly believe I felt so much better after surgery. Dr. Sincoff doesn't play, he tells you straight up, but he definitely knows what he's doing! I dealt with Courtney & Maira for follow-up appointments and they were great! The doctor staff is friendly, though surgery wasn’t a success the recovery was easy. The biggest issues with this establishment is the office staff. They require you to show up 15min early, and you do…then your appointment time passes by 5min then 10 then 15 then 20 at which point it completely defeats the purpose of an appointment, especially since people who are late for their appointments walk right ahead of you. It’s coming up on six weeks post surgery, I am so much better than I was before. I have often told people that I would never have back surgery and never met anybody that had a successful one. But I am a success!! Thanks to Dr Sincoff And Courtney. You guys have made my life so much better. Best decision I ever made.
