If I could've given them no stars as a rating I would have. I had a 2pm appointment & arrived at the office at 1:40pm, because I had to fill out new patient paper work. When my son & I walked in no one was at the desk to greet us, so after waiting a while my son went & asked someone, if they were going to come to check us in. We were told that they had a virtual assistant to check us in, but due to the rain it wasn't working at the time & obviously they didn't check to see who walked in either. I have been a patient here for 3 years when we moved here from Illinois and I have nothing but praises Brain & Spine I’m medically complex and they have taken great care of me. I feel heard, validated and treated with respect. I have recommended several people and all of them feel the same way.

I was very pleased with Dr.Pandey and his staff. I was able to get tested in a timely manner. My results were sent to my primary doctor as requested. Thank you!

I've had three appointments in a row canceled and I've gotten two different prescription doses thanks to an utter failure to document or listen to me about it. I'm done. It's a good thing I was already looking, but this was it. I've had enough. I've not been happy with the practice since joining, but I'll make the drive to Phx to avoid this - - mess.
