I've been going to this place for 3 plus years... I started with DR. giovanny, then a DR. I. Grant was brought in after she left the company... I believe they hired new management a woman named Lauren, from the "upstairs".... They completely became dysfunctional. The customer service and "setting an appointment" became a NiGhTMaRe.....
This is a wonderful place! Let your troubles go and seek counseling here ! Good people that really care about your Mental being.......

The Brain and Mind Institute truly cares about its Patients as the Medical and Administrative Team does a great professionally job in evaluating and properly treating the Patient. Special mention to: ARNP Grantly Ittera, and Laura (who got the Invega injection for free ). They listen; are very nice and empathetic; the best! HOOAH!
