I needed to do my hair myself last minute for a wedding, so I gave Jackie a call. She gave me a remote consultation, walking me through each step of the way, she was extremely patient and her attention to detail was palpable then. My hair looked great, and she advised me on other styles I could consider doing that she would be happy to walk me through. Disaster Averted!
