I always come here for my S/medium knotless braids. The ladies are nice fast and friendly.. I love coming here. I have NEVER had a problem with my services.

Awful location in a poor run-down looking area with addicts and homeless people in plain sight. Also, the inside of the shop looked run down, smelled bad, and the restroom didnt have hand soap. The braiders didnt speak English well, which was unhelpful. Once they were done, not only did they not properly color match the braiding hair with the human hair I brought with me, but they excessively charged me and didnt even know how to properly curl the ends without the help of the owner. It was great to be able to make a last minute appointment before a trip but I think that’s where I went wrong. I’m someone who gets braids done often, specifically mermaid/boho braids and I maintain them daily for longevity (2.5-3 months). Well unfortunately these, I wanted them out by week 2. The hair provided for the mermaid braids is definitely synthetic, not what I was expecting for the price. All the braids are tangled amongst themselves, the hair gets caught in absolutely everything!
