They literally act like they’re doing you a favor braiding your hair. We are paying you our money. Terrible service.
I drove over an hour for this appointment, and if I could go back, I would have turned around the moment I walked in the door. The smell inside the salon was horrible. It was strong enough to make me question staying, but because of the distance I had traveled, I decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, the service matched the environment. I initially gave this braiding shop a 1 star due to a terrible experience ( tightness, rudeness, service) I had after multiple visits with minor hiccups. This was 3 years ago. I saw a style online from them which I genuinely found beautiful, so I decided to give them another chance as a lot can change in 3 years. To my surprise , I was blocked from booking online due to " google reviews".
