There were some scheduling issues and we brought the wrong hair type/color, but Agnes was very accommodating. She helped us get the hair we needed from a nearby hair shop. Parting and twists were very neat; size and length were perfect. My daughter didn't experience any pain or scalp irritation during or after the hair braiding process. And most importantly, she absolutely loves her hair! Thank you Agnes!
