Had the worst experience today with a hairstylist by the name braidsbysimone on IG. She had the worst attitude, stomping, huffing and puffing like she was going to blow a house down. You not about to be pulling and tugging on my hair and leave me with no edges. I asked her twice if she was aight cause she seemed to have an issue. She blamed her kids. I scheduled an appointment for my mom and was very disappointed with the service. The positives: she braids well with no tightness or pulling of your edges. She also has a very good playlist. The negatives: we followed the specific instructions regarding arrival and having to wear a mask. We arrived on time and text her to check in, no response. Simone never disappoints! I have gotten both large knotless and knotless soft locs by her and loved both!! Simone is also so FAST. Both services lasted no more than 3.5 hours and I have ALOT of hair. Book her!
