My experience was very positive. She did my daughters hair and she was polite, friendly, and did an amazing job. We just moved here and I was hesitant (in finding someone) but so glad that I found braids by jazz. We definitely will be coming back again!

Had an appt booked and Jaz on 10/15/22. I am a foster parent, so I am new to the braid/twist hairstyles, so I had text her asking a question about the ends of the hair being curly or blunt. I sent a pic and she said she did not do that and I said okay. I informed her I would have her hair washed the night before. She was a no show/no call for the appointment. She did an amazing job on my braids! The whole process, from booking to coming in for my appointment was straightforward and easy. I haven't had my hair braided in years, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back!
