We had an appointment time of 1pm, she pushed it back until 4:30pm. At 4:30 pm she was still braiding someone else’s hair. After finishing she left for 20 mins to eat, and came back with hands smelling like food at 6:15pm. My hair was freshly blow dried and in two pig tales when I arrived. She refused to begin the braids until she blow dried the hair again despite me saying I would be comfortable with the end results. She did not even check the hair before pulling out a blow dryer. Had a wonderful experience on this past Thursday. After a few months of deciding WHAT I wanted to do with my hair, I decided on braids...Plus I saw an advertisement from Braids by Grace for $165. I bit the bullet.........................Fast forward 5 hours later, I walk out with braids with no tightness. Stylist Yolanda did a great job. I would go back. They are right behind Walmart....near Ross and a thrift store. Very happy!
