Would honestly give zero stars if possible. Id just like to share my experience with Braids by felo in Waukegan on grand ave. For starters I’d just like to say that the individual operating the services is very rude. I went online and reserved a spot that was open and then I received a text saying to zelle them money. I was on my way to work so I ask for a second until I made it to work which I didn't think mattered because my appointment was a few days away. However my appointment was then cancelled. Felo was very nice and made my experience very comfortable. I felt relaxed and enjoyed her hospitality. I will be back again.

This lady is so nice and professional, her shop is clean and as soon as we walked in she was ready, my daughter went right to her chair, if you’re looking for a good professional hair braider she’s the woman, also if you’re a stylist and looking for place to rent a booth she has some available ❤️
