Absolutely terrible. Tried to make an appointment with her for a repeat service and she had the worst attitude. Then I had to reach out to her three different times to try and get an appointment and she ignored me. The first experience was great but not so much afterwards. She doesn’t care about business and then has the nerve to say she doesn’t like that her business can’t be seen. What difference does it make and you don’t return your customers calls. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I went to get my hair done twice at this shop the first I went Annette had one of her Braiders do my Senegalese and within a week my braids were sliding down and I was charged $200 and I had to take my hair down before 2 months so with the benefit of a doubt I decided to go back for my birthday in December to get kinky twist and I was charged $200 for those as well I brought in my own hair cause when I call to schedule my appointment I was told that they didn’t have the hair so Annette put me in her chair and made all my kin... read more
