My appointment was at 9 and I got there on time. My stylist didn't arrive until 35 minutes later. They did crochet braids but out way too much hair in my head. When I went home I had to take some out. I won't be going back. I wrote the post about 2 days after getting the style. I was there. We sat in a room right next to the door.
