Went here and got a sew in it didn't look natural at all and so I took it out the next day there were multiple pieces knotted to my hair and the sew in was horribly done I ended up having to cut several pieces out of my hair and several clumps of it I had been working on it for almost 2 hours I'm gonna have to end up going to the salon to just get it all cut off very unsatisfied if I could give zero stars I most definitely would

I will start with the positives. The braiders were friendly and started on time. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. On the negative side, the shop was not clean. The hair kept falling on the floor and they put it in my head. Also, the braider was using the detangle brush to clean the dryer and then tried to put it in my hair. She disinfected it after I asked.

Outside of the prices changing Every time I come this is an Oasis for people who live to get their hair braided. These ladies will have you in and out within 2-3 hrs with most styles, the atmosphere is quiet, and the owner and staff make you feel like family. Set prices and post them....just a suggestion from a client who will definitely keep returning.
