Terrible service. This lady robbed me. Complained about my hair length as soon as I walked in and threatened to not do it. She immediately up charged me for the type of hair I brought in even though I paid in full ahead of time and called her to confirm details and the appointment hours before. Lied and said she would have extra ladies to come help her finish my hair. No one ever came. After she convinced me to allow her to do my hair for no extra charge she charged $330 behind my back. This was my first time here but I highly recommend! Very Professional, neat and fast braiding. She also had a very clean work environment. When I was done i wasn’t in any pain and could even put my braids in a ponytail. My braids were everything I asked for and I will be back again. Thanks so much!
