This place has gone downhill. I used to love going to Gertude Braden, but I’ll never go back again after my last experience Maya was very rude. The work was terrible. Timing was ridiculous. She didn’t have enough staff completely rushed through my knotless braid I tried to work with her because I’ve been there for years and at the end her attitude was this sickening and I will never go back again. Beware y’all if you ready to waste $200.
Love my hair do. They got me in an out.
They have bad customer service. Talks very rude also speak about you in their language. My experience here was horrible she rushed my hair job complained about my hair length all the above poor customer service skills will not be spending any more money here. Thanks for the 200 work that’s not lasting!
