Reflecting on a bad experience where even though I had an appointment, I had to wait an extra two hours because there was someone in the chair before me. Only then to receive a five dollar discount due to their negligence. The hairstyle was decent, but definitely not worth the wait.

Unfortunately, I didn't go through the comments beforehand I just chose based on the nearest location and the pictures. The girl who answered the phone was completely unhelpful and showed no interest in discussing the service. Her tone was dull and bored. After reading through the reviews about poor customer service, I can now confirm they were accurate. Zero stars for the lack of professionalism and customer service I was interested in getting the barrel twist braids featured on their Instagram page. The post mentioned booking the style under “comb coils.” However, when I went to their booking site, the “comb coils” option wasn’t available. I called to ask how to book the style. The person who answered directed me back to the Instagram post, saying it would explain how to book. My Experience Was Terrible Part of owning a business is hiring the right staff and ensuring they’re representing your business well. She has told me the day of and time that “today is my birthday “and she didn’t understand why the appointment went through .I also paid a large deposit asked for my deposit and still haven’t received she went GHOST this is my second time here and last they are not professional won’t be booking or telling anyone I know to book for future reference.
