Go to braided these people are unprofessional, very rude, and take things very personal. I tried to book an appointment and not even 15mins after she took my information she gave my spot to someone else.

Before I go on a rant I just want to say I have been a loyal customer for over 5+ years. On June 13, 2025, I booked knotless braids with Amourjah for July 3, 2025. I had to pay a deposit of $122.00. Mind you, I haven’t had to leave a deposit in years. I cancelled my appointment June 30. I waited almost a week to reach out to Amourjah, the owner, to inquire about when my deposit will be refunded, since I cancelled well before the 24 hours and I know refunds take time. Reflecting on a bad experience where even though I had an appointment, I had to wait an extra two hours because there was someone in the chair before me. Only then to receive a five dollar discount due to their negligence. The hairstyle was decent, but definitely not worth the wait.
