A big shout out to Brad and Nadia for helping me get my tire fixed quickly. I had a flat near their shop late on a Saturday and Brad and team quickly came out to the car and took the wheel to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately it had a large puncture and couldn't be fixed. Brad checked the shop for a similar tire but given it was a specialty size it would need to be ordered. Purchased a helmet through Braidan Motorsport. Initially tried on several different models in different sizes to get size and fit right. Helmet arrived on-time, they took the additional time to ensure the fitment was just right and provided options to optimize the fit. Couldn't be happier with their hard work and professionalism.
Been coming to Braidan for about 4 years so far, and their customer service is amazing. Always felt welcomed and always greeted by any staff that has walked by. Nadia is always pleasant, kind and always has a smile. Never had an issue with storage and tire swapped. Definitely recommend this place!
I purchased tires for my SUV from Braidan in the past and had a very positive experience speaking with Nadia. Recently when I had an issue with my TPMS I decided to pop in and ask if they could fix it. Nadia, Jim, and the team went above and beyond in assisting me and helping to resolve the issue. Everyone there is so friendly and nice! I wont be going anywhere else for wheel/tire needs in the future and would recommend them to everyone I know
