I had a very disappointing experience with Grace (also known as Arlette) at this salon. She initially quoted me $400 for a takedown, wash, and braided style. However, after completing my hair, she charged me an additional $100 without any prior notice or explanation. The quality of the braiding was extremely unprofessional. First I want to say that i did reach out to my stylist Melody before i wrote this review. I gave her a few days to try and fix the situation. I got my hair done there two weeks ago and immediately the next day, my braids start slipping out. I called the stylist and she told me to come back in to put some braids into my hair. I came back in and the next two days more braids start falling out in the back of my hair. It was my first time getting my hair braided. I went with Yolanda and she did a fine job. I spent about 4 hrs to get micro box braids. She also gave me tips on how to maintain the braids.

this shop is not welcoming to new clients do not book with Arlette Grace. I booked with her for some Fulani braids that were going to be well over $300. Since they do not provide the hair I tried to contact the shop and her personally, so they could tell me what hair they would like me to bring. shop said to contact her directly i tried for over a week and she couldn’t even bother to pick up the phone or shoot a text back. Great last minute accommodations from Grace and Safi. They collaborated to get my daughters hair done. They were very professional, nice and timely. We loved the results of my daughter's new singles! My daughter also indicated they were very gentle and had a pain free experience. Great job ladies!
