Go for this place if you want to waste your time and fuel just to make it to an appointment you confirmed a week ago to be told (when you have almost driven 20mins and pulling up) that they started with another client who wasn't that far away and to come back later- even if you would've informed me earlier when I dropped you a text before leaving my house- would've saved me my time and money; didn't even apologise

I had a very disappointing experience with Grace (also known as Arlette) at this salon. She initially quoted me $400 for a takedown, wash, and braided style. However, after completing my hair, she charged me an additional $100 without any prior notice or explanation. The quality of the braiding was extremely unprofessional. The parts were uneven—large, sloppy boxes on the sides and small, inconsistent ones on top. The braids were not completed down to the ends, leaving them looking stringy and unfinished.
