I gave a 1 star for Customer service ..I walked in to ask if anyone was available to braid my hair at 630 pm it was 3 pm so I understood when they said no..I asked if i could come tomorrow the lady who was braiding hair said the other woman would be doing it... this woman who was supposed to be doing it wouldn't look up from her phone and she was frowing . I scheduled thru the online booking, I called no answer I called back she was asleep this is not a good start. She was an hour late. I will update if the work is worth it. My hair turned out great and the time it took to finish was even btr.

I was a walk in and they took me. Very satisfied with the work. Payment limited to Zelle or cash, of which I had neither. So the alternative was ATM next door.
