Since MGM took over, this place has made a huge turnaround for the best. Kim is absolutely amazing and very helpful. The apartments are actually starting to feel like a home for once in its life and starting to not be embarrassed to live here anymore.

The new management company has done an amazing job at making Braham Meadows a better place to live. The manager Kim has been so helpful and the maintenance guy Chris is very friendly and ready to fix everything.
