My wife and I have lived at Braewood for about four years. We enjoy being close to shopping and doctors. We weekly volunteer at the IHC medical center in Murray and appreciate being close to that hospital as well. The maintance staff have always been quick to respond to our requests. The grounds of the complex offer a quiet, peaceful place to walk around. It is a quiet place to live but also offers easy access to State Street and I-15.
Love living here when something is needed to be done they are super fast!
Seems to be a nice apartment community. It's clean and is pet friendly. I really liked all the closet and storage space in the unit. There's also a playground for kids to play on. The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there's no pool, or hot tub or work out gym. Plus those are not really necessities. Plenty of grass area to take your pets for a walk and there's covered parking as well. The units also have a balcony and a fireplace. The manager on-site was also very friendly and helpful with me.
