I haven't lived here long, however Gina is amazing and always on top of everything. While the units are quite dated (70's), they have a wonderful charm. Tucked back in a quiet community, no police, no sirens or screeching tires. My ESA/SA has also thrived here, neighbors are friendly. I can take groceries from my car to apartment without having to lock any doors. It's a beautiful community, just needs more lights and stuff 😁.
The apartments are nice, and they keep the grounds clean. I have been living here for 4 years. My only complaint is the security sucks. I wish they would put cameras up in the parking lot. My truck got broken into 3 times since living here. I lock my doors and take anything of true value out, but have had random things taken like a backpack, fishing pole, coffee cup and such. Like I said, nothing of huge value, but the fact that it keeps happening is ridiculous.
