Amazing staff! Very supportive and understanding!
I received Hormone therapy from these people for years and have zero complaints, and in fact have much praise to give! They were also helpful in prescribing my antidepressants, which is something I've struggled to get/maintain access to since moving too far from these guys to keep up my use of their service. 10/10, would rate higher if I could
Fantastic, caring service and treatment
Started out great…They don’t respond to my messages in a timely manner. The level of service I’m provided is not reflective of these great reviews. Either the receptionist Matt is not relaying my messages until they feel like it. Or the Dr simply doesn’t have time to respond. But I’ve been reaching out for days and this isn’t the first time. It’s frustrating.
I read the one negative review and I just can't relate to it. I've been a patient for probably close to 8 years. Dr. Zwiener has been a bright light of hope for me in this hostile world. I am better able to take care of my myself thanks to finding the right regime for my own unique needs. She is a genuinely good person. Having realistic expectations does help. She can't control what the pharmacy does, if she calls in a prescription then I need to call the pharmacy and request that it be filled otherwise it wont be and thats ... read more
