I have been going to this office for over 30 years and have to say that it has been a great experience. I have seen them go through staff changes, renovations and even COVID. They remain the wonderful, professional, friendly and efficient office that they have been for many years. I may be biased in this review as I've gone to Braeside Dental for most of my life, but I do believe they do exceptional work. Their office is clean and hygienic without feeling uninviting, and the receptionists are always cheerful and polite. I've heard a few dentist horror stories but have never experienced anything like that here. The dental team is friendly and are incredibly accomodating towards people with certain sensitivities like myself. I would highly recommend Dr. Goel. He is to the point, respectful, and has a commanding presence in the room. Everything you want when you are a patient putting your trust (and mouth) into someone else's hands.
I didn’t go to the dentist for many years due to dental anxiety caused by bad previous experiences and walking into Dr Goels I knew there would be a lot of work to be done. Now while I still don’t love the dentist I am more than comfortable going and know I’m going to be well taken care of. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, answer all questions with care and ensure that I’m comfortable at all visits. I came in for a cleaning today and the dental hygienist did a wonderful job. I drink coffee so I regularly get staining but they came right out. Even my kids said my teeth look nice and shiny! All of the staff at Braeside Dental Centre are very friendly, caring, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The appointment reminders by email and text are much appreciated.
