The caretaker team here does a phenomenal job. They were quick and precise in addressing and maintaining the necessities in my suite. Both Jericho and Carl are very professional and respectful, and they completed the work efficiently. In addition, they also fixed my fire alarm and microwave , even though it was separate from my original maintenance request. I live in a 2-bedroom apartment, and overall my experience has been good. Carl and Jericho have been very helpful and responsive whenever I report issues in the unit. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they make sure things get fixed properly. I appreciate their professionalism and support.
Mold infested. Do not make the same mistake I made- moving in here. For 3 years after I moved I continuously experienced severe symptoms of illness which nobody could diagnose. When I moved out, we discovered a serious black mold issue. Landlords just paint over it. I’m in the process of an RTB dispute, however I moved out already. Rent went down from 2300 to 1600 in a month because people are bringing this to light and nobody wants to live there. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
