I have applied to this building and reading reviews I saw one negative that said the price was inaccurate. I was looking at the same time and I was quoted in several areas the correct price. Also that review has multiply negative reviews for various companies I have since moved in and the building is very well maintained. The apts are redone and are beautiful. I’ve been living at Breamer Gardens for a while now and couldn’t be happier. The management team is always helpful, responsive, and professional whenever I have a question or need assistance. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and feels very safe. Common areas are kept clean, and everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive place to live.
We have lived at Braemar Gardens for 9 years and love the central location with excellent access to Transit, Shopping and Parks. Our Building is very well maintained by the professional team on site 24hrs. 7 days with prompt response to any concerns or repairs. These are apartment buildings in Maillardville area of Coquitlam.There are 3 low rise buildings and the area is great for busses and close to SkyTrain. The rental community is well maintained and gardens well established. There is a park nearby and tennis courts. Although the buildings are older they have units that are beautifully renovated and management is on site. A great place to live!
