I’ve never had a bad experience with service. They do get busy sometimes and they get to me as quickly as they can. I wouldn’t say the quality is the best in the city but they do exactly what I need. My pedicure was about $30 and I’m satisfied. Not the best pedicure I’ve ever had but it’s way nicer than if I would’ve done it myself.

Poor customer service I experienced discrimination. I was being attended to with lacking enthusiasm/pleasantries and my service was interrupted multiple times to settle another client in who was of another race/ethnicity, and who was given enthusiasm and pleasantries. Poor customer service. Stop this practice! Each client deserves equity.

I went here regardless of the bad reviews to give them a chance, don’t make the same mistake as me. First of all they were unable to do the design i wanted. I kept telling the person doing my nails the issues I had of not even lines and bumps in the design and polish on my skin but they didn’t seem to care much. Shape is good, 1 star given for shape. Brought my daughters here for manicures and Pedicures. They both stated they really like the service received and appreciated the attention to detail given. They said they have been to other places where they rush through the service and they end of up with a subpar nail experience.
