This place is top notch. They honor their warranties and bend over backwards for customers. Their quality of product is really second to none, and the performance is consistent. Get one of these thermostats for your business...you won't regret it. They currently only sell their T-stats via distribution channels and not to the end user.
They refuse to honor their free items when you install one of their thermostats so do not waste your time in submitting the form. Save the stamp. It is just a gimmick on their part. They never even try to make it right. Will never use their products again. Save your money and buy someone else's thermostat that will honor their word.
