Stay Away from Bradzoil – Don't waste your time with these clowns. I brought my old truck in for an inspection. It's 15 years old and failed the inspection. When I got into the truck to leave, I noticed they had turned the radio on, which of course is not part of the inspection. My wife took her car in for an inspection and when she left, the A/C was cranked on high - not as she had left it. Ignorance is Bliss – Took my van in today for a State Inspecton and had to relinquish my insurance card to the employee. Got the inspection and an oil change. Paid & got paperwork. Realized once I got home they had kept my Ins card. Called & spoke to one of their blissfully ignorant employees who could only offer "I'm sorry," as a response to their negligence. This is my last business transaction with BRADZOIL 10 Minute Change in San Marcos.
