In spring of 2017 Brady's installed an Airease AC unit. I was impressed with their price and seemingly honest owner. In Summer of 2022 my AC unit stopped working. For weeks I tried calling Brady's to service it. This was a record temp Summer so I expected they may be backlogged so I gave benefit of the doubt and kept leaving text, voice-mail, and emails. Brady was professional and personable. He came same day on a Saturday, communicated his status regularly throughout the day about his approximate arrival time. He diagnosed and resolved the issue with our AC unit promptly and helped us understand the root cause. I would confidently recommend Brady to everyone I know.
I had a problem where my heating was randomly turning off. About once a day I'd notice it was getting cold. I finally called Brady to come and have a look. 20 min later my heating was working better than it has in years! Turns out it just needed a little maintenance. Brady was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I'll be calling him for all my heating and cooling needs. Would recommend!
